Spriggan sap for sale

Spriggan Sap is only available as already-harvested samples. Contrary to what is stated by the official Game Guide, it is not dropped by spriggans—they drop taproots instead.

It is one of only three ingredients with a Fortify Alteration effect.

• 1 in Ansilvund Excavation (Eastmarch)
• 1 in Arcadia's Cauldron (Whiterun)
• 1 in the Arch-Mage's Quarters (College of Winterhold)
• 1 in Grave Concoctions (Falkreath)
• 1 in Jorgen and Lami's House (Morthal)
• 1 in Mistveil Keep (Riften)
• 1 in the Mortar and Pestle (Dawnstar)
• 1 in the Ragged Flagon (Riften)
• 1 in Soljund's Sinkhole (The Reach)
• 1 in the Tower of Mzark (Winterhold)
• 1 in the Sleeping Tree Camp (Whiterun)

It is categorized as an uncommon ingredient, meaning that all apothecary merchants have a 15% chance of carrying 1-5 samples. In addition, it may be randomly found in uncommon- and rare-type apothecary's satchels.
