Arcturus

Arcturus, an Imperial, is part of the group of Penitus Oculatus agents sent to the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary during the quest Death Incarnate.

When you search the destroyed sanctuary for survivors, you will encounter Nazir battling Arcturus near the dinner table in the northern chamber. Obviously losing the fight, the weakened Nazir will call upon you for help and you will have no choice but to battle and kill Arcturus.

Arcturus wields an Imperial sword and a steel dagger. He wears a complete set of Penitus Oculatus armor and carries a few spare coins and possibly some random items like a torch, an amulet, some inn food and/or a drink.
