Shobob gro-Rugdush

Shobob gro-Rugdush is an Orc warrior who is a devout worshipper of the Daedric prince Malacath, and can be found with his fellow worshippers Mug gro-Murgak and Ghorub gro-Ugdub at the Shrine of Malacath. Shobob likes Orcs much more than any other race, acting somewhat hostile to any other race to appear at the shrine. He will inform you of the offering Malacath requires.

He wields an iron battle axe and wears monk robes. He also carries a small amount of gold.

Shobob greetings and answers to your questions change based on your race. If you are an Orc and speak to Shobob before giving Malacath an offering he will greet you with "You've found the shrine of the Lord Malacath, friend Orc. You are welcome here.". However if you speak to him before giving Malacath an offering and you are not an Orc he will say, more rudely "You dare come here to the shrine of our Lord? You are not one of us." asking him about Malacath will lead to three possible results, if you are an Orc and ask him about Malacath Shobob gro-Rugdush will say "Malacath likes Orcs... When he likes anything. So you can aproach the shrine. He won't hurt you. Really. Go ahead". If you are not an Orc and you hold a disposition value that is less than fifty he will say "I guess you haven't heard. We don't like 'Beautiful people'. But maybe you can persuade me you are ugly inside...". If you are not an Orc, and hold a disposition value that is greater than or equal to fifty he will say "You're not one of Malacath's favorite people. He likes Orcs. Too bad for you. So you approach His Shrine at your own risk.

After you ask him about Malacath and have a disposition value greater than or equal to fifty or are an Orc you will have two dialogue options "I will approach the Shrine" or "I will not approach the Shrine.". Choosing either will lead to two different responses, depending on whether or not you are an orc. If you are an Orc and choose the former he will say "Orcs are always welcome. But Malacath wants a present. Like Troll fat. And only Troll fat.". If you are not an Orc and choose the former option he will say "Then go on and do your approaching. But Malacath wants a present. He likes Troll fat. And he only likes Troll fat.".

If you are an orc and chose the latter option to not approach the shrine he will say, disgustedly "Good thinking. You want to keep your good looks, go talk to some pretty gods.". If you are not an orc and choose and decide not to approach the shrine he will say, condescendingly "Afraid he might mess up that pretty face? Good thinking."

After receiving Malacath's quest to free the ogres Shobob gor-Rugdush will give you more information on the situation, asking him about Lord Drad will lead to him replying "Drad's a fancy pants who lives in a pretty house with a pretty wife because he screws folks over like you and me. He makes me want to puke." Asking him about the ogre slaves will make him reply "Lord Malacath doesn't want the little brothers locked up, working like donkeys so men don't get their pretty pink hands all dirty. Makes him mad."

Shobob gro-Rugdush is a loyal follower of Malacath, he will spend day and night at the Shrine of Malacath.
