Scout Yashamud

Scout Yashamud is a Redguard who can be found near the entrance of the ruins leading to the Hall of Heroes.

If you talk to him, he will say "Thank the gods someone has come. The Imperials, they're up to something strange in the ruins ahead." If you ask him what they are doing, he will answer "I do not know exactly, but the ruins, the Hall of Heroes, this is a sacred place - only the gods themselves and the spirits of the fallen are permitted to walk there." He will refuse an offer to investigate: "No. We should not interfere until we know more, but if you are willing, I would ask that you carry word of this development to Commander Ahla at Bangkorai Garrison. She will know best what should be done."
