Report to a Pact General for a briefing on the ongoing struggle for power in the Imperial City. Zone: Cyrodiil Faction: Ebonheart Pact Quest Giver: Captain Rythe at the Northern Morrowind Gate; Captain Veranim at the Southern Morrowind Gate; General Nesh-Tan in the Ebonheart Pact Base Location(s): Imperial Sewers, Ebonheart Pact Base Next Quest: Scouting Quests Reward: Leveled Gold XP Gain: Very High

The Ebonheart Pact is locked in an epic struggle for control of the Imperial City. The forces of Molag Bal hold the city in an iron grip, but enemy bannermen also vie for power. The Pact needs my help.

Quick Walkthrough

1. (Optional) Talk to Captain Rythe at the Northern Morrowind Gate or Captain Veranim at the Southern Morrowind Gate.
2. Enter the Imperial City and talk to General Nesh-Tan.
3. Speak with the Drake of Blades.

Notes
