Quick Cloak: Create a ring of floating blades, reducing damage you take from area attacks by 20% and granting you Major Expedition, which increases your Movement Speed by 40% for 5 seconds. Deadly Cloak: Create a ring of floating blades, reducing damage you take from area attacks by 20%. While active, every 3 seconds the blades strike nearby enemies, damaging them for 18 Physical Damage.
