Cingaer

Cingaer is a Bosmer thief who is hiding out with his partners in crime in Hrota Cave, just north of Anvil.

Cingaer wears leveled light boots and a quilted doublet, with a 50% chance each of wearing gauntlets, greaves, and a helmet. In combat he will rely on his leveled bow, and will either use his leveled or iron arrows. He has a 50% chance to carry a light shield and another pair of light greaves, as well as always carrying a spare pair of tan linens, doeskin shoes, and a small amount of gold.
