Galar Rothan

Galar Rothan is a Dunmer enchanter and Lawman of House Telvanni. He is located in the Telvanni Council House, Sadrith Mora. He barters a wide range of magical weapons, scrolls and soul gems. Galar is a medium trainer in Blunt Weapon, Unarmored, and one of the few in Enchant.

He is wearing an exquisite robe and shoes and is wielding a silver staff of shaming. Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows no spells.

If you ask him for the latest rumors, he'll say, "Llunela Hleran said she wanted to incorporate some of the defenses she's seen in Dwemer ruins into her next stronghold."
