Edd "Fast Eddie" Theman

Edd "Fast Eddie" Theman is a Dunmer sorcerer who can be found in his house in Balmora, on the west side of the Odai River. Fast Eddie's house is the second story of Itan's house and can't be seen when looking at the local map. If you speak to him, he says he is waiting in Balmora until things cool down with House Telvanni. If you are a member of the House, you will eventually be able to recruit him as your Mouth.

After recruiting Eddie, he'll move to the Telvanni Council House. Note that he'll be away for several weeks when you send him on Chores.

Inside his house, behind his hammock, is an open crate, which contains two small chests (they could be hard to notice due to a lid on top of the crate). The first one is both locked and trapped, and the other one is only locked. The former contains up to seven gems, and the latter contains silverware spoons, forks and knives, six of each.

He is wearing a common shirt with matching a belt, pants, and shoes. He is wielding an iron dagger and he is carrying an apprentice's lockpick. Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows the following spells: Burden of Sin, Dire Weary, Great Feather, Strong Fire Shield, Strong Frost Shield, Strong Shock Shield, Exhausting Touch, Ordeal of St. Olms, Gash Spirit, Dire Weakness to Shock, Strong Reflect, Strong Spelldrinker, Wild Spelldrinker, Drain Blood, and Toxic Cloud.
