Mehra Helas is a Dunmer healer who can be found in the Temple Courtyard, which isn't surprising considering she's an Adept in the Tribunal Temple. If you speak to her about latest rumors after cleaning The Shrine of the Dead, you'll be able to discuss the strange smell you found in that tomb, which will help you combat the Crimson Plague.
