The Reckless Mage, a Nord warrior, can be the target of the recurring quest The Dark Brotherhood Forever. He spawns inside the Frozen Hearth in Winterhold.
He will just wander around the taproom, at times sitting down for a drink or a bite to eat.
He wears a set of fur armor and a random pair of boots or shoes. He wields an iron dagger and knows a few spells, specifically lightning bolt, ice spike, fireball and healing.
When approached he will only say, "Look, I'm busy. Please go bother somebody else."
