Malofar is a Nord mage found in Breagha-Fin. After him and his tribe were exiled from Skyrim, he stole the Emerald Chalice, a relic owned by the Mages Guild, and settled in Breagha-Fin. Finding his companions tiresome, he decided to turn them all into goblins.
