If an enemy is hit, you gain Major Brutality and Major Sorcery, increasing Weapon Damage by 20% and Spell Damage by 20% for 20 seconds.

Drain Power deals magic damage to all nearby enemies, and increases the caster's damage power if an enemy is hit.
