Joining The Fighters Guild

Go to the Fighters Guild in Daggerfall. Approach Basile Fenandre on the main level, who says: "Welcome to the Fighters Guild! You look like the capable sort. Have you come to answer the Guildmaster's challenge?" Ask about the challenge, and he responds: "The worthy crusade of the Fighters Guild! Surely you've heard of it! We have a new Guildmaster, and a new singular purpose. Why don't we talk about it for a moment?" Agree to make him continue: "Hah, I can tell we'll be drawing blades together soon enough. Now, what can I tell you?" Asking about the crusade elicits: "Our new Guildmaster is an Argonian named Sees-All-Colors. She has us all hunting down the Daedra, and their Dark Anchors. You might have seen them already. Enormous chains fall from the sky. Plagues of Daedra bail out to lay waste to the countryside."

You now have three dialogue options:

• What do I get in return?: Excellent question! We train our members in special techniques. And the higher-ups are always looking for motivated members to help with special projects. You never know when the Council will come looking for more hands."

• I'm ready to join the Fighters Guild.: Then let me welcome you as an Associate of the Fighters Guild! Get out there and take the fight to the Daedra! You're in luck, too. Sees-All-Colors herself is here, upstairs. She often has tasks for new recruits. Why don't you introduce yourself?"

• What happened to the old Guildmaster?:

You will receive a small gold reward when you when you complete the quest.

Notes

• Any text displayed in angle brackets (e.g., <Alias=LocationHold>) is dynamically set by the Radiant Quest system, and will be filled in with the appropriate word(s) when seen in game.
• Not all Journal Entries may appear in your journal; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the quest is done.
• Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with quests that have multiple possible outcomes or quests where certain tasks may be done in any order. Some stages may therefore repeat objectives seen in other stages.
• If an entry is marked as "Finishes Quest" it means the quest disappears from the Active Quest list, but you may still receive new entries for that quest.
