Observe the War Council

The Dark Elves and Argonians are finally willing to work with Prince Irnskar and meet in a council of war. Now the Prince wants me to convince the Eastmarch thanes to attend the war council as well.

Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Thane Harvald.
2. Find Thane Oda Wolf-Sister.
3. Talk to Thane Jeggi Gap-Tooth.
4. Attend the War Council.

Notes
