Angalsama

Angalsama is an Altmer mage and devout worshipper of the Daedric prince Sheogorath. She can be found near the Shrine of Sheogorath and is, like her fellow worshippers, in a state of total madness.

She spends all her days and nights near the shrine, specifically near the rock with the lit candles, endlessly stretching her arm towards the sky, and never even pauses to eat or sleep. Occasionally, she will sit down on one of the benches and relax a while, until she decides to return to her rock and the candles.

Like the other followers of the Madgod, Angalsama doesn't care about clothing and appears almost completely naked. She only wears a fur helmet, a pair of gauntlets and iron boots. She wields an iron dagger and carries a small amount of gold. She knows a leveled set of mage's spells.

When you approach her, she will point you towards Ferul Ravel and share a bit of her insanity: "Have you seen it? Have you seen the light? The bright, shining light? I know it. It waits for you. Speak with Ravel. He knows the way."
