This is a complete list of the diseases you can catch in Tamriel Rebuilt. See also the list of diseases that can be caught in Morrowind.

They can all be cured with the Cure Common Disease effect, or you can protect yourself with the Resist Common Disease or Resist Magicka effects. Some races are naturally resistant to diseases. Altmer, Argonians, Bosmer and Redguards each have 75% resistance.

It has no physical symptoms, but it adversely affects your Magicka while making you more vulnerable to the magical attacks of others.
Blood Lung	Drain Endurance 10pts	Diseased Ornada Queen, Diseased Ornada, Diseased Venomous Parastylus, Diseased Rat	Blood lung is a mild disease carried by ornada and the parastylus. Rats are often infected, too. Its symptoms are painful swelling in the trachea, and a heavy, bloody cough. It also saps your endurance.
Blood Rot	Drain Health 10-25pts  Drain Personality 10pts  Drain Willpower 10pts	None	Blood rot is a serious disease transmitted by muck leeches. It is sometimes fatal, as the leeches' bite also provoke an inflammatory reaction. It drains an infected person's personality, willpower, and health.
Bonebreak Fever	Drain Strength 10pts	Diseased Parastylus, Diseased Venomous Parastylus, Diseased Rat	Bonebreak fever is a mild disease transmitted by the parastylus and the rat. Its symptoms are of course fever, but also muscle pains and the queasy feeling your bones are brittle like a scrib's shell, and will break if your moves are too vigorous. For this reason, those suffering from this disease will unconsciously refrain from using their whole strength.
Brain Fever	Drain Health 20-50pts  Drain Personality 10-30pts  Drain Willpower 10-30pts	None	Brain fever is an acute disease which provokes sometimes-lethal fevers, terrible headaches, and strong discoloration of the skin tissue on the brow and temples. It affects a patient' s health, personality, and willpower. Fortunately, it is quite rare and only transmitted by white rats.
Brain Rot	Drain Intelligence 10pts  Drain Strength 10pts	Greater Plaguebearer Bonewalker, Plaguebearer Bonewalker, Diseased Muck Leech, Mummy, Undead in Aranyon Pass	Brain rot is a mild disease carried by mummies and muck leeches, attacking intelligence and strength. Its symptoms are aenemia and sometimes fungal infestation on the scalp.
Caliron's Curse	Drain Agility 10pts  Drain Speed 10pts  Drain Strength 10pts	Eyestar, Diseased Eyestar, Mud Golem, Plaguebearer Ghost, Greater Plaguebearer Ghost, Plaguebearer Lich, Greater Lich	Caliron's curse is a serious disease which drains agility, speed, and strength. It makes you feel like if you were immersed in scrib jelly. It can be contracted from eyestars and from magical creatures such as golems or undead.
Chrondiasis	Drain Magicka 50pts  Drain Strength 10pts	Mud Golem, Plaguebearer Ghost, Greater Plaguebearer Ghost, Plaguebearer Lich, Greater Lich, Undead in Aranyon Pass	Chrondiasis is a mild disease attacking magicka and intelligence. Its symptom is a clouded mind. It can be transmitted by liches and mud golems.
Feeble Limb	Drain Strength 10pts  Burden 1-20pts	None	Feeble limb is a mild disease transmitted by cave rats. Afflicted persons feel weak and weary.
Red Death	Drain Agility 10-40pts  Drain Personality 10pts	Plaguebearer Bonelord, Diseased Parastylus, Diseased Venomous Parastylus, Plaguebearer Skeleton Champion, Plaguebearer Skeleton, Plaguebearer Skeleton Warlord, Undead in Aranyon Pass	Red death is an acute disease that may be contracted from the parastylus. It dramatically affects a diseased person's agility, and provokes the eruption of blood-leaking pimples on the skin.
Red Rage	Drain Strength 5-15pts  Drain Willpower 5-15pts	Diseased Parastylus, Diseased Venomous Parastylus, Diseased Cave Rat, Diseased Rat	Red rage is a mild disease that may be contracted from rats and parastylus. Its symptoms are a loss of self control and willpower, and a slight aenemia.
Scarlet Fever	Drain Endurance 10-30pts  Drain Intelligence 10-30pts  Drain Health 5-50pts	None	Scarlet fever is an acute disease, sometimes lethal. Its symptoms include high fever, strong headaches, skin lesions, bradycardia, skin lesions, and confusion or even insanity. It may be contracted from mud golems, cave rats, and the bite of the muskfly.
Shakes	Drain Agility 10pts	None	The Shakes is a mild disease provoking muscle spasms. It is transmitted by infected ornadas or rats.
Stomach Rot	Drain Health 5pts	None	Stomach rot is a mild disease that has nonetheless been sometimes lethal to weak or ailing persons. Its symptoms are various digestive troubles and lack of appetite. It may be contracted from giant beetles or muckleeches.
Swamp Rot	Drain Agility 10-20pts  Drain Willpower 10-20pts  Drain Strength 10-20pts	Diseased Sky Render, Molecrab, Diseased Muck Leech, Diseased Swamp Troll	Swamp rot is a serious disease that may be contracted from many different creatures: molecrabs, swamp trolls, sky renders, and muck leeches. Its symptoms are myalgia, erratic spasms, and confusion.
Ticklebritch	Drain Agility 10pts  Drain Personality 20pts	Diseased Muskfly, Diseased Ornada Queen, Diseased Ornada	Ticklebritch is, despite its name, a serious disease provoking itchy rashes on intimate parts of the anatomy. Because of the ways it can be contracted, people are sometimes reluctant to go seek the help of a healer. However, one can also be infected through the bites of muskflies, swampspiders, or ornadas.
Tunnel Cough	Drain Sneak 10-20pts	None	Tunnel cough is a mild disease that provokes violent, repeated coughs. It may be contracted from tunnel-dwelling creatures, such as cave rats, kwama foragers, and ornadas; and is a common illness among eggminers.
Wasting Consumption	Drain Agility 10-20pts  Drain Strength 10-20pts  Drain Willpower 10-20pts	Black Rat, Black Mouse, Diseased Muck Leech, Diseased Sea Troll, Diseased Swamp Troll, Diseased Wild Guar	Wasting consumption is a serious disease that provokes aenemia, loss of appetite, fever, and weight loss. Afflicted persons appear to be consumed from the inside as their agility, strength, and willpower fade away. It may be contracted from black rats, wild guars, and trolls.
True Witbane	Drain Intelligence 10-50pts  Drain Agility 10-40pts	White Rat, White Mouse, Grey Rat, Grey Mouse, Black Rat, Black Mouse, Diseased Cave Rat, Cave Rat	Witbane is an acute disease affecting a victim's memory and thought processes. Symptoms include loss of memory and disorientation.There exists a weaker strain of witbane, which does not provoke loss of memory. Both may be contracted from the rat.
Witches' Pox	Drain Endurance 10pts  Drain Strength 10pts  Drain Health 5-25pts	None	Witches' pox is a mild disease that was introduced in Morrowind by immigrant outlanders in the beginning of the Third Era. It affects strength and endurance, and often infects native creatures such as the eyestar or the ornada, which have a hard time resisting it.

Its symptoms are headache and fever, but also reduced intellect, drained magicka, and limited concentration when casting spells. Legend pretends it was created during the Second Era by a Telvanni wizard to cripple a rival, but all I know is that it may be contracted from eyestars.
Wound Rot	Drain Endurance 10pts  Drain Strength 10pts  Drain Health 5-50pts	None	Wound rot is a mild disease, but a dangerous one. It is contracted through the attacks of filthy creatures such as muckleeches or mummies. The flesh around the wound decays and rottens quickly, provoking aching pains at every move and slowing natural healing processes.
Yellow Rot	Drain Endurance 10pts  Drain Willpower 10pts  Drain Health 5-25pts	None	Yellow rot is a mild disease that can nonetheless become a life-threatening illness. Symptoms are high fever, headache, muscle aches, backache, and jaundice. It may be contracted through the bites of muskflies and muckleeches, or through exposure to the filth covering a mud golem.
