Sevilo Othan

Sevilo Othan is a Dunmer miner who is a former employee at the Shulk Egg Mine just outside of Balmora. Sevilo, along with fellow ex-miner Daynila Valas, is involved in an illegal egg theft operation at the Shulk Egg Mine.

He wears a common shirt, pants, and shoes. He carries a miner's pick along with 10 small kwama eggs. Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows no spells.
