Selvil Sareloth

Selvil Sareloth is a Dunmer caravaner whose silt strider is available for hire in Balmora. From there, he can take you to Ald'ruhn, Seyda Neen, Suran or Vivec for a price. Selvil wears a common shirt with matching pants and shoes. Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows no spells.
