The corpse of Ernil Omoran

Ernil Omoran was a Dunmer smuggler and skooma dealer. He was also a friend of Tsiya in Balmora. Who or what killed him is a mystery, but you can give Tsiya some peace of mind by delivering the skooma pipe and the note he was carrying to her.

He is wearing a common shirt with matching pants and shoes. Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows no spells.
