Delvam Andarys

Delvam Andarays is a Dunmer sorcerer, a Hireling in House Telvanni, and a wanted necromancer. He lives in Mawia, a Velothi tower on Azura's Coast, southeast of Molag Mar. He does not offer any services and will be hostile to you on sight.

He is wearing a common robe with matching shoes, and a ring of regeneration. He also carries the unique shortsword Shimsil. Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows the following spells: Summon Greater Bonewalker, Sleep, Spell Absorption, Summon Skeletal Minion, Lightning Shield, Daedric Bite, Frost Bolt, Frost Shield, Detect Creature, Ash Feast, Vivec's Wrath, and Paralysis.
