Berel Sala

Berel Sala is the leader of the Ordinators, who can be found in the Justice Offices in Vivec's Temple Canton. His fanaticism is causing troubles for House Hlaalu, and Duke Vedam Dren would like you to help Control the Ordinators. He also has a Dwemer Goblet that is of interest to the Thieves Guild. He is wearing a near-full set of Indoril armor (only excluding the helmet) including an Indoril belt and expensive pants. He carries a steel longsword. Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows no spells.
