Olvyne Dobar

Olvyne Dobar is a Dunmer rogue and one of three people in the Vacant Manor who believe a war is about to break out in Mournhold. In her effort to become a warlord, she wants Bels Uvenim's helm and spear. She will pay quite well for them. Dobar wears a common shirt with matching pants and shoes. She carries a silver war axe. Aside from her natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by her ancestors, she knows no spells.
