Magula is an old Orc who can initially be found east of the Carved Hills Wayshrine on Betnikh. She will comment on having seen you defeat Headman Bhosek on Stros M'Kai.

Later on, she can be found in her longhouse.

After finding her on her small island, she will greet you with: "I meet you at last. I saw you defeat the scheming Redguard who rules Stros M'Kai. I see great events swirling about you."

How? "Visions. This is one of three shrines around Betnikh that give glimpses of events that affect many lives. They affect you in particular. Would you like to see them yourself?"

Yes. "Burn these herbs at each shrine. You will receive a vision of things to come. I will be in my longhouse, should you have questions."

After you activated the three shrines and saw the visions, you can find her in her longhouse. "You've returned. You have questions."

How true were those visions? "You saw possible futures. No path is set. Your actions will influence what is to come."

This concludes the quest and you receive your reward.
