These are all of the bodies of water (lakes, rivers, and seas) in Cyrodiil.
- Abecean Sea — The large body of water to the west of Anvil.
- Brena River — A river that forms part of the border between Cyrodiil and Hammerfell.
- Corbolo River — A river in eastern Cyrodiil that drains the northern Valus Mountains into the northeastern Niben Bay.
- Lake Arrius — A lake north of Cheydinhal.
- Lake Canulus — A lake to the east of the Silverfish River.
- Lake Poppad — A lake north of the source of the Corbolo River.
- Lake Rumare — A large lake surrounding the Imperial City.
- Larsius River — A river running from the border of Elsweyr past Bravil and into Niben Bay.
- Niben Bay — The large lake that forms the outflow from Lake Rumare into Topal Bay.
- Lower Niben — The section of river that runs through Leyawiin.
- Upper Niben — The section of river between Lake Rumare and the Niben Bay.
- Panther River — A river that snakes through the Nibenay Basin east of Bravil.
- Reed River — A river in eastern Cyrodiil that drains the northern Valus Mountains into the northeastern Niben Bay.
- Silverfish River — A river that flows down from the Valus Mountains into Niben Bay.
- Strid River — A river that forms most of the border between Cyrodiil and Valenwood.
- Topal Bay — The large body of water to the south of Leyawiin and Blackwood.
- White Rose River — A short river that flows north from The West Weald into Lake Rumare.
