Skeetul

Skeetul is an Argonian commoner living in Ald'ruhn. He can be found taking time off at the Ald Skar Inn. He is wearing a common shirt with matching pants. Like all Argonians, he is immune to poison, has a resistance to disease, and can breathe underwater; otherwise he knows no spells.

As an almoner for the Imperial Cult, you can ask him for a donation for the Buckmoth fund, but he has nothing to give, simply stating: "Sorry. I can't help you."
