Quick Walkthrough

1. Speak with Raven Omayn at the Council House in Sadrith Mora.
2. Travel to Tel Vos.
3. Slay Rimintil.
4. Return to Raven for the useful Flamemirror Robe.

Detailed Walkthrough

The Mouth speaks

Speak with Raven Omayn, the Mouth for Councilor Dratha, at the Telvanni Council House in Sadrith Mora. Omayn will ask you to kill the Altmer Rimintil in the Central Tower of Tel Vos.

Murder Rimintil

Travel there, then find Rimintil on the stairs leading up to the tower’s second floor. He sports a good collection of Dwemer armor which you may wish to take. There is also a copy of the book Vampires of Vvardenfell, v II in the room, on the desk, which is useful for the vampiric quest A Cure for Vampirism.

Once Rimintil is dead, return to Omayn to receive a flamemirror robe.
