Ladia Flarugrius

Ladia Flarugrius is an Imperial savant who works for the Thieves Guild at the Halfway Tavern in Pelagiad. She offers medium training in Mercantile and Speechcraft, minor training in Athletics, and will buy books, though she doesn't have any for sale.
