Lore:The Daggerfall Chronicles

The Daggerfall Chronicles is an incomplete account of all historical events written by the Scenarist Guild, beginning with the defeat of Jagar Tharn in 3E 399. Work began on the book in 3E 370, when Nesmyt, leader of the guild, created a sect of Imperial scribes charged with documenting all future events. However, the book was smuggled out of the guild's citadel in the Dragontail Mountains by a renegade guild member, and became known as The Daggerfall Chronicles. It was then hidden in a shrine to the Oracle. It is unknown what became of the book.
