Unel Lloran

Unel Lloran is a troubled Dunmer commoner who can be found in the Raven Rock bar once you have begun the East Empire Company quest Razing the Forest. After completing this quest he will remain in the mine.

Lately, Spriggans have been bothering the colony and although he officially is in charge of controlling them, he does not want to face them.

He wears a common shirt with matching pants and shoes. Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows no spells.
