Tirvel Balen

Tirvel Balen is a Dunmer commoner located at the eastern edge of the colony. He is a messenger waiting to be escorted by you. Carnius wants you to lead him to Hroldar’s wolves to be killed.

He wears a common shirt with matching pants and shoes and a pair of gloves and he carries the colony status report. Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows no spells.
