Velfred the Outlaw

Velfred the Outlaw is a Nord barbarian and a smuggler working out of a secluded harbor along the Bitter Coast southwest of Hla Oad. Velfred owes some smuggling fees to House Hlaalu, and Crassius Curio would like your help persuading Velfred to comply with payment. You'll find him aboard his ship, the Grytewake.

He is wearing an nordic ringmail cuirass, nordic fur boots, a common shirt with matching shoes, and a dragonscale tower shield, and he is carrying a steel battle axe. Aside from his natural resistance to shock, immunity to frost, ability to shield himself, and a natural frost damage spell, he knows no spells.
