Merta

Merta is a Nord enforcer vampire lording over Reloth Ancestral Tomb near Khuul. She has quite a following with cattle and undead guardians. Raxle Berne wants you to kill her because she took Berne cattle.

She is wearing a poisonmirror robe and a pair of extravagant shoes, wields a demon tanto, and carries a medium amount of gold. Aside from her natural resistance to shock, immunity to frost, ability to shield herself, and a natural frost damage spell, she knows the following spells: Strong Feather, Ulms's Juicedaw's Feather, Dire Weakness to Poison, Dire Weakness to Shock, Daedric Bite, and Vivec's Wrath.
