Ingokning

Ingokning is a Nord assassin and a Knight Bachelor of the Imperial Legion. She is located inside the Skyrim Mission in Ebonheart, and might give you a donation towards the poor.

Ingokning wears a common shirt and an expensive skirt along with matching shoes and a ring of knuckle luck. She carries a glass jinkblade and up to 65 gold. Aside from her natural resistance to shock, immunity to frost, ability to shield herself, and a natural frost damage spell, she knows no spells.
