Bedraflod

Bedraflod is a Nord savant who can be found at the Skyrim Mission in Ebonheart. He is useful as one of the closest savants to the Imperial Chapels, as several Imperial Cult quests will instruct you to seek out a savant for more information (though Dunmer savants usually have more information).

Bedraflod will give you 5-10 gold (depending on Disposition) during the Alms from the Skyrim Mission quest.

He wears an expensive shirt and expensive shoes along with a pair of common pants. He carries a steel jinkblade along with up to 25 gold. Aside from his natural resistance to shock, immunity to frost, ability to shield himself, and a natural frost damage spell, he knows no spells.
