Belmyne Dreleth

Belmyne Dreleth is a Dunmer battlemage who emerges from A Strange Door after having decided to venture into the Shivering Isles.

A few moments after you have arrived near the door Belmyne will come tumbling out, insane and confused, shouting out the words: "It's not right! Madness! Why? Why? Everything is wrong! It can't be done! Stay away from me! I won't go back. I won't go back! You can't make me go back! I'll kill you all! You're all going to die!" He will then proceed to attack Gaius Prentus, leading to his inevitable death.

He is armed with an iron dagger and wears a pair of patchwork pants, a matching shirt and scruffy shoes.

Notes

• Belmyne was originally supposed to be less violent. Three dialogue lines were recorded for normal conversation but were never used in-game:
