Summary

This template should be used to indicate when a user believes a single article should be split into multiple articles. It will add tagged articles to Category:To Be Split.

Parameters

Split

nocat	optional	Specifying any value for this parameter will cause the article not to be added to Category:To Be Split; normally used only for documentation.
section	optional	Section name of the discussion. (Defaults to "Split".)
