Wizard Nisira is a Redguard wizard who can be found guarding the entrance to the Ayleid ruin in Skywatch.

When you speak to her, she'll warn you away from it:

"Honor and faith. Please keep your distance from the door. This ruin is off limits to those such as you."

Why? What's inside there?

"Why? Because it's not safe. As to what's in there... I can't really say."

Can't? Or won't?

"Won't. I've been forbidden to spoeak of it by the Artificer himself. You want to know what's in there, take it up with him. If you can get him to talk about it."

Not safe? Is that why there's a barrier on the door?

"Yes. It's... I suppose I can say this. It's as much to keep things in as to keep you out. There, I've said everything I can."
