Kunira-daro

Kunira-daro is a Khajiit trader who resides in Woodhearth. She can be found in the western part of the city, near the docks.

When approached, she warns you, "Careful. Sure, you look like you can handle yourself, but this place is full of unscrupulous rats. Especially Angore. Bastard thinks he can get away with ripping me off." Then she offers you a deal: "Say, you interested in helping me settle accounts? For pay, of course." If you choose to continue your dialogue, she explains, "See the Sea Hawk over there? That's Angore's ship. From the looks of it, I'm not the only one he's pissed off. Dominion guards have been poking around there, too. He must be in with some real scum."

What do you want me to do?: "Angore was supposed to sell me a shipment of Summerset silk, but he pulled a switch. Left me with nothing but a crateful of rags and a dumb look on my face. Bring me the silk out of the Sea Hawk's hold. You'll be paid when I see the goods." Agreeing to find it will start the related quest.
