Morrowind Mod:Tamriel Rebuilt/Ordinator in Mourning

The Ordinators in Mourning patrol the city of Necrom enforcing the laws, much like their other brethren on Vvardenfell and in Mournhold. They are clad in black though most wear very little armor and instead have a shirt that simulates the look of armor but has no actual armor value. Generally, the only armor they wear are greaves, a helmet, a shield, and a pair of boots.
