The Telvanni Isles are secluded islands east of Bal Oyra, divided from the mainland by the Molagreahd Channel. The chain contains three major islands, two of which are populated by the highly xenophobic Great House Telvanni. Port Telvannis, the largest Telvanni city in the entirety of Morrowind, is a busy port with a heavy slave trade.
One striking difference a traveler may find is the lack of outdoor merchants. Port Telvannis, being an uninfringed Telvani city, holds their business dearly and does not put facades to attract imperial business. Therefore a traveller should come prepared to be shunned from merchants.

To the west of the city is Sadas Plantation, where the large Telvanni aphids tend to the corkbulbs and attempt to keep the Netch from eating the crops. Towering over the plantations is Tel Sadas, an old Velothi outpost from the 2nd era.

To the south of the city is Gah Sadrith a relatively traveller friendly Telvanni city, where one can find most services. Here one will also find Tel Darys, a Telvanni Tower Court. Find yourself in criminal trouble and you may end up here pleading your case.

To the northwest of the Sadas Plantation is the uninhabited island which locals call Balvir Isle. Be careful to not wander to this uninhabited island, at night the locals say ill sounds come across the waters.
