Rulfim gra-Ogdub

Rulfim gra-Ogdub is an Orc assassin serving jail time at the Buckmoth Legion Fort. She is held in a cell on the upper prison floor. If you talk to her, she will ask what you are doing there.

If you have the Buckmoth Prison Cell Key found on the nearby bench, you can unlock her cell and let her escape. This will increase her disposition, and she will be gone the next time you enter the prison. There is no real reward for doing this though.
