Ethasi Rilvayn

Ethasi Rilvayn is a Dunmer nightblade and the Master of the Balmora branch of the Morag Tong. As such, she is, like her fellow branch-heads, responsible for issuing writs and giving payment for successfully completed executions. She can also reinstate you if you have been expelled from the guild for any reason, though only once. Additionally, Ethasi has a large selection of quality spells available for fellow guild-members of rank Thinker or higher.

Ethasi wears a common shirt with matching pants and shoes. She carries a key to the Morag Tong Guildhall, a up to 35 gold and a leveled magical short blade.
