Warhaft (?b - ?d)

General Warhaft was the general of the Imperial Guard under Emperor Uriel Septim VII, to whom he was both a bodyguard and close friend.

He, along with the emperor, was betrayed by Imperial Battlemage Jagar Tharn and imprisoned in Oblivion in 3E 389, the event which began the Imperial Simulacrum. The two were rescued in 3E 399 by the Eternal Champion, who earned the General's "deepest respect".

Little else is known about the General. He commissioned the writing and publication of the Manuals of Arms and Armor, to serve as guides to all officers of the Legion regarding their standard equipment.

Battlemage Welloc (?b - ?d)

Welloc was a wizard during the second and third centuries of the Third Era. He was most likely the Archmagister of Skyrim before being appointed by Empress Morihatha to the rarely-filled but powerful position of Imperial Battlemage. Later in the Third Era, an illusionist named Berevar Bero was known to have publicly criticized Welloc, saying that he was "an accomplished diplomat" but not "a powerful student of the School of Destruction". Others vociferously defended Welloc and cited how on one occasion he cast Vampiric Cloud on the rebel army of Blackrose, thereby sapping their strength and skill and giving it to their opponents.

Lord Woodborne (?b - ?d)

Woodborne was a lord of Wayrest in the late Third Era and betrothed to Princess Elysana of Wayrest. He laid a trap for King Lysandus of Daggerfall and was successful in murdering him in 3E 403. He had also planned a coup against King Eadwyre of Wayrest with the purpose of overthrowing him and proclaiming himself king of Wayrest. However his plans were revealed by the Hero of Daggerfall, and he was ambushed at his castle Woodborne Hall, during which he was executed.

King Wulfharth (?b - 1E 533)

"...during the Late Merethic Era the legendary immortal hero, warrior, sorceror, and king variously known as Pelinal Whitestrake, Harrald Hairy Breeks, Ysmir, Hans the Fox, etc., wandered Tamriel, gathering armies, conquering lands, ruling, then abandoning his kingdoms to wander again." — Before the Ages of Man

Ysmir Wulfharth (also known as Dragon of the North, Shor's Tongue, the Grey Wind, the Storm of Kyne, the Kingmaker, the Ash-King) was the Atmora-born High King of ancient Skyrim who came to power with the death of Hoag Merkiller at Glenumbria Moors. He submitted Skyrim to a fiery reinstatement of the traditional Nordic pantheon, destroying Alessian temples and forcing the remnants of its priesthood to seek refuge in the Heartland. He was also famed for driving the Direnni clan out of Skyrim. Legends claim that an evil god once made him (and all of Skyrim) into children, and when Wulfharth found a way to cure his people, he inadvertently made himself extremely old and died (for the first time). He led the invasion of Resdayn (modern-day Morrowind) and fought at the Battle of Red Mountain, where he was killed again.
