Lore:Battle of Wightmoor

The Battle of Wightmoor is believed to have occurred in High Rock on the 5th of Suns Dawn, 3E 253. Castle Wightmoor was inhabited by a lich and a horde of undead creatures, and legend claims that a man named Othrok emerged from the wilderness with an army of animals and men, and defeated the undead in a battle that led to his becoming the first baron of Dwynnen. The precise details of the legend are lost in time, but the residents of the barony celebrate the anniversary each year in a holiday called Othroktide.
