The Weapon Peddler can be found in the southeastern part of the outpost. He sells his wares under the slogan: "Welcome! Please peruse our manufactured mayhem makers."

He will buy all your items and treasure while selling a wide variety of weapons.

When you purchase one of his wares, he will thankfully say: "Fine choice! Those monsters don't stand a chance now!" However, if you do not possess the amount he requires, he will say: "You need a little more gold for that."
