This is my Sacks Project that I'd like to work on. Right now this location is only temporary until I can finish it and be able to put it up with the rest of the site. As we all know, Oblivion is full of houses you can buy, basically there's one available in each major city. However, have you ever considered that maybe you don't need a house? There are several sacks all across Cyrodiil. This page outlines all the SAFE sacks where you can freely store your loot.
