Ruinous Keep

Ruinous Keep is an old flooded fort in the Inlet Bog. It is home to a lich and an evil necromancer, who have imprisoned two Tribunal disciples. One of the prisoners needs your help. The keep is guarded by skeletons and can be difficult to access without levitation due to there being nowhere to walk out of the water onto land. The doors for the gates of the keep are also locked with a high level lock, making picking difficult without a high security skill. Inside, the place is littered with corpses of those that perished fighting the necromancers. Some of the deceased's bones have been used to post a message telling intruders to "KEEP OUT".

Skeletons also patrol the inside of the keep making getting to the necromancers without fighting beforehand somewhat difficult. The keep is also one of the few places you can find the Imperial Templar sword. At the top of one of the towers' stairs is a skeleton impaled by the sword. The skeleton was wearing Imperial Templar armor, indicating that it may have been his own sword he was impaled with.
