Tappius Esdrecus

Tappius Esdrecus is an Imperial warrior found in Balmora. He is currently staying at the South Wall Cornerclub, local meeting place of the Thieves Guild (though he is not actually a member).

Tappius wears a common shirt, along with netch leather greaves and matching boots. He carries a steel longsword and a netch leather shield. Aside from his natural charm and ability to absorb fatigue from others, he knows no spells.

He can tell you some rumors about Caius Cosades, saying: "Interesting old fellow. Been in Balmora a long time, since before the District reorganization. Been in some trouble, but he apparently knows some people. Goes off for a while, then comes back. He's a veteran, I think -- has friends over at Fort Moonmoth. Don't know where he gets his money, but I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't legal."
