Faves Andas is a Dunmer sorcerer and Lawman of House Telvanni. He is the leader of a group of Telvanni holding the outpost of Shishi against invading Redoran forces.

He is hiding in a secret room that can be opened by touching a skull.

He wears an extravagant robe, a pair of common shoes, and a leveled amulet, and wields a wooden staff.
